As each piece is created in small runs and packed by hand.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

This includes:

  • incorrect selection
  • change of preference
  • ordering the wrong item
  • sale items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

For approved faulty returns, reasonable return postage costs may also be reimbursed.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused where possible
  • include proof of purchase
  • be securely packaged for return shipping
