## What I collect
– **When you order:** name, email, postal address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
– **When you use the contact form:** name, email and your message.
– **When you join the mailing list:** your email address.
– **Automatically:** basic analytics such as pages visited and rough location.
I do not see or store your full payment card details, those go straight to Stripe or PayPal.
## Why I collect it
To process and post your order, answer your message, send the newsletter if you asked for it, and keep the records the tax office requires.
## Who else sees it
– Stripe or PayPal to take payment
– Australia Post to deliver your parcel
– Mailchimp if you are on the mailing list
– SMTP2GO, which delivers email sent by this site
– My web host, Synergy Wholesale.
Some of these store data outside Australia. I do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
## How long I keep it
Order records for 7 years, because tax law requires it. Mailing list details until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages for 12 months.
